Tara and Tim’s courtyard room in the center of Antwerp is designed to amplify nature and light. The project comprises three custom furniture pieces; a bookcase for architects, a flexible shelving system for pots and plants and a bench out of modular drawers that can also be stacked. 
The center of the room is a polished steel plate that reflects two front windows of this row house, giving the illusion of living in a bright corner apartment. It also amplifies greenery on the other side of the courtyard room, while immersing oneself in between.
